Dated Project Description

“Dated” is a collection of songs about the experience of dating in the modern world. The subject matter involves falling in and out of love, online dating, “ghosting”, polyamory, the fluidity of modern sexual politics, and loveless partnerships.

The subtext of the album is that the singer feels as if the opportunity to find a long lasting partnership with someone has passed already, and they are too old.

Each song is produced in the style different genres of music that I grew up listening to including jazz, funk, rock, ska/punk, soul, country, R&B, rap, etc.
